Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of business or governmental experience, including supervisory roles.
• Experience with automated systems and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial operations including collection, custody, deposits, accounting and disbursements.
• Direct and evaluate Account Technicians and deputy clerks; participate in hiring and reviews.
• Maintain accurate records; edit, verify, reconcile and prepare reports.
• Serve as liaison for CCAP systems and work with County IT.
• Develop up-to-date financial procedures and manuals; prepare budgets and annual reports.
• Prepare contracts and monthly expenditures; oversee staff training and compliance.
