An Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operation of the Accounts Payable function in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and performing daily Accounts Payable operations, including paying and recording bills with verified accuracy, backup documentation, and approvals.
• Completing month-end responsibilities.
• Coordinating receiving tickets, purchase orders, and invoices for proper coding and approval.
• Ensuring all accounts are current, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining payment records.
• Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
• Scheduling and assigning daily work, leading pre-shift meetings, and training team members.
• Monitoring and evaluating team member performance.
