Job summary

Stellantis Finance Student Program offers year-round experience for students to apply classroom learning in real-world finance settings within Stellantis’ manufacturing environment. Participants work remotely during the school year and in-person in Auburn Hills, MI or metro Detroit facilities, with 24 hours per week during the academic term and up to 40 hours in the summer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Currently a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior at the time of hire.
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university at the time of hire.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round.

Responsibilities

• Processing asset accounting activities for manufacturing facilities in the greater Detroit area.
• Provide accounting support for asset capitalization, transfers, and disposals.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities with external accounting services.
• Maintain internal controls over asset accounting.
• Prepare monthly accrual journals and ad hoc analysis.
