Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant for Strategy, Growth, and Transformation within its Finance Transformation team in the United States. You will help clients modernize finance by shaping strategy, operating models, technology, data, and AI to drive value and reduce risk.

The role involves assessing capabilities, designing transformations, evaluating ERP/AI tools, and leading multi‑workstream programs with client and Deloitte teams. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IS, or Economics.
• 3+ years in finance, accounting, or consulting in finance strategy, transformation, tech, data/AI, or cost optimization.
• Experience developing financial models or business cases.
• Experience with finance technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting or managing finance transformation project workstreams.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

In this role, you will work with Finance and Technology leaders to address complex challenges across finance strategy, operating model design, technology, data, and artificial intelligence. You will support initiatives that improve decision-making, manage risk, and drive financial and operational value.

Work you'll do

As a Finance Strategy Senior Consultant on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for helping clients design and deliver finance transformation strategies and technology-enabled solutions.

• Assess finance capabilities, processes, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support development of finance strategies, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.

• Evaluate finance technology solutions, including enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, cloud platforms, and artificial intelligence-enabled tools.

• Analyze finance processes and cost drivers to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and shared services.

• Manage project workstreams, develop client deliverables, and support implementation efforts with client and Deloitte teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or Economics

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting in finance strategy, finance transformation, finance technology, finance data and artificial intelligence, capital strategy, or cost optimization

• Experience developing financial models or business cases

• Experience with finance technology, enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, finance data, or artificial intelligence-enabled solutions

• Experience supporting or managing transformation project workstreams, including deliverables, timelines, scope, and stakeholder materials

• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Finance, or another advanced degree

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream, Power BI, or Tableau

• Experience supporting business cases or financial models for mergers and acquisitions, transformation, cost optimization, or capital allocation initiatives

• Experience assessing finance technology, artificial intelligence, or regulatory trends

• Experience supporting proposals, client pursuits, or thought leadership materials

• Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
