Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis/Problem Solving – Understands business, identifies improvements, plans objectives and assists in annual budgeting.
• Conduct financial planning for the function and provide recommendations.
• Lead, coordinate and manage financial functions; ensure processes comply with policies.
• Drive key financial metrics and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with partners and communicate with Finance, HR, Real Estate, Operations and IS.
