Job summary

Northrop Grumman in McLean, VA invites students to join as a Business Management Analyst intern. You’ll participate in financial reporting, accounting and planning & analysis as part of the Defense Systems Sector Business Management team.

As an intern, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, gain exposure to financial systems, and develop practical skills. This full-time, 10-week summer program is onsite in McLean, with training, mentoring and real business impact.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree and will be enrolled in Fall 2027.
• Majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
• Must be able to obtain U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Must be able to work on-site in McLean, Virginia.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate as part of a team.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
