Job summary

Curriculum Associates seeks a Director, Finance Strategy & Analytics to partner with senior leadership, blending financial modeling, business case development, GTM and pricing, and translating complex data into clear executive guidance.

Based in the Boston-area with a Hybrid model (3 days in Billerica office), this role leads pricing strategy across the product portfolio, supports strategic growth, and communicates insights to the CFO and Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar analytical function.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription, or education technology strongly preferred; exposure to pricing, commercial deal structuring, or GTM strategy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate growth opportunities, partnerships, and other initiatives, quantifying impact on revenue and margins.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and analysis to evaluate GTM approaches and top-line performance.
• Create data-driven presentations for executive and Board audiences, translating complex analyses into clear narratives.
• Own pricing, packaging, discounting, and deal analytics; oversee pricing committee and KPI suite.
• Lead a small analytics team supporting pricing, commercial, and GTM analysis; cross-functional collaboration.
