Ecoplastic America Corporation is seeking a Finance Specialist to maintain financial records, generate statements, and support month-end through year-end closings on-site in Register, GA. You will coordinate with banks and departments to optimize cash flow and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, managing data within SAP.
• Prepare financial statements, profit and loss reports, and cash flow statements.
• Participate in the preparation of business plans and related documentation.
• Prepare documents for bank loans and liaise with banks.
• Present financial analysis reports to executives and banks.
• Handle basic banking tasks: funds, deposits and payments.
• Perform daily accounting tasks: journal entries and adjustments.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end closings.
• Assist in tax reporting and audit preparations.
• Collaborate with other departments to collect financial data.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Review and manage expense reports, fund allocations and reimbursements.
• Analyze and evaluate organizational expenses.
• Assess investment costs and profitability.
