Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Finance Specialist. In this pivotal role, you'll manage travel reimbursements, expense reports, and support the planning, development, and implementation of operational policies and goals. You'll ensure the smooth handling of travel paperwork, invoices, and expense statements, while playing a key role in contract deliverables, budget management, and operational coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support and Assist: Respond to phone calls and research queries to provide timely answers.
  • Keep Records: Process and file expense statements.
  • Quality Control: Review vendor invoices for accuracy prior to sending them to Accounts Payable.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in phone calls with remote team members.
  • Billing Accuracy: Scan paperwork for each location for monthly billing.
  • Strategic Support: Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of operational policies and goals in coordination with senior staff.
  • Travel Document Processing: Process travel documents for the entire workforce.
  • Invoice Auditing: Audit and approve invoices for miscellaneous items or services purchased to support operations.
