Job details

Location: Remote

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $80–$100/hour

Duration: Long-term (6–12 months)

Commitment: ~40 hrs/week (minimum of 20 hrs/week)

Role responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in FP&A topics.
• Create and maintain annotation standards tailored to FP&A.
• Develop guidelines and rubrics to evaluate financial reasoning and task quality.
• Design challenging finance-related tasks and provide accurate, structured solutions.
• Review, evaluate, and give feedback on financial tasks and solutions.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Finance (or relevant field) from a top-tier university.
• Strong professional experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role at a reputable institution.
