Job summary

Veritext is seeking a Finance Specialist (Corporate) to ensure clients pay timely for the services provided. You will contact delinquent accounts, review AR balances, and prepare daily reconciliation reports to support accurate cash flow.

This hybrid/remote role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You will respond to inquiries, resolve discrepancies with colleagues, and help meet collection targets while maintaining exceptional client service.

About the role:

Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As a Finance Specialist (Corporate), it is your duty to ensure that our clients pay timely for the services they receive. You’ll be tasked with contacting delinquent accounts to request payment and preparing related reports on daily reconciliation activities.
