Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or science discipline.
• 5+ years of software development experience; or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 1+ years of experience with direct report management for a software engineering team.
• Experience with finance software systems, ERP integrations, and data integrity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of software supporting Finance, including core financial platforms, ERP and accounting integrations, data pipelines and reporting.
• Ensure reliability, accuracy, auditability, and scalability; align with finance stakeholders’ needs.
• Provide strong technical leadership and drive quality of execution.
• Increase speed of software iteration via capability-based deliverables.
• Set priorities, plan work, and trade-offs to meet business needs.
• Own the system roadmap from prioritization to delivery.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure end-to-end data flows and controls.
