About this Opportunity

As a Finance Service Specialist you will provide superior service to our clients and act as the first point of contact for investment representatives and clients. We are looking for someone to grow with us.

Location

The role is hybrid, with a minimum of three days on‑site at one of our office locations. The incumbent must be within a commutable distance. Work location may change based on business needs.

Role Overview

You will process all daily work across all aspects of servicing advisors and clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and adherence to budget and service level metrics. Responsibilities include call servicing and account management functions, meeting or exceeding daily and monthly business measurements, providing feedback for continuous improvement, and maintaining status updates for management. You will coordinate with internal teams on processing issues and metrics, execute testing for business projects, cross‑train to support team activities, assist with team planning, and ensure industry and company compliance matters are addressed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Preferably a degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience in finance.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Obtain Orion Industry Certification.
• Ability to own and manage relationships with stakeholders and work effectively with people at all levels.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $19.82 - $26.16 per hour. Pay may vary based on geographic location and experience.
