Momentive is launching the 2027 Finance Rotational Co-op Program in New York, beginning May 2027. The immersive program offers hands-on rotations across FP&A, accounting, cost finance, commercial finance, internal audit, and other strategic finance areas to accelerate professional growth.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with strong data skills and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Available 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks May–August; 20 hours/week September–April.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Support monthly and quarterly close, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Participate in internal audit projects, including testing controls and documenting processes.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for finance and business leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll partner with experienced leaders, contribute to meaningful projects that impact business performance, and develop a broad understanding of how finance drives decision-making across a global manufacturing organization.This program is ideal for students graduating with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field who are analytical, intellectually curious, and driven to make an impact.
