The intern will assist with data analysis, participate in technology projects, and prepare leadership-ready reports. Strong Excel skills and a interest in finance are preferred. Travel and a 12-week commitment are expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Agricultural Business, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field from a 4-year university.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and interest in financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support projects related to profitability, cost management, and business performance.
• Assist with financial system implementations and technology improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with employees across multiple departments and locations.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
