About Faegre Drinker

Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a litigation associate to join the Finance & Restructuring practice group for our Dallas, TX office. Our Finance & Restructuring team provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on the full range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation matters. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of litigation experience within an Am Law 100 firm. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.

This associate will manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit through trial, including developing and executing discovery strategies, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, preparing witnesses, researching legal issues, and drafting persuasive briefs and memoranda while overseeing case deadlines, filings, and client communications. The role also requires a regular in-person presence for court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, witness preparation sessions, and trial proceedings, while providing strategic counsel and recommendations to clients.
