Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation in consulting or Managed Services.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities through insight and credibility.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation programmes into commercially clear narratives that win client CFO confidence and close deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A).
• Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing points of view on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
