Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors entering the community.
• Answer questions and ensure visitors sign guest sheets.
• Direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
• Sort, deliver, and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail.
• May perform basic office/clerical tasks and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to resident emergencies by following community protocol.
