Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid/on-site role in Minneapolis, MN. This 24+ month contract involves leading a strategic Finance project focused on digitalizing critical information to meet regulatory needs, with coordination across teams in the UK.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Jira/Confluence. Early CST start times, onsite expectations, and W2 compensation are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional Technology solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Jira/Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle deliverables for scope, schedule, budget.
• Manage program scope, risk and changes.
• Develop and maintain detailed work plans with dependencies and milestones.
• Drive daily execution and remove blockers.
• Lead automation efforts with external providers and internal teams.
• Establish and execute project communications plan.
• Be primary contact for team, stakeholders, vendors and leadership.
• Provide regular status updates to leaders and project team.
• Govern meetings, manage risks and RAID logs, and change management.
• Identify cross-organizational dependencies and ensure integration to the plan.
• Maintain project documentation per standards.
