Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of project management, including finance or accounting initiatives.
• Executive presence to communicate with senior leaders.
• Experience leading process improvement or automation projects.
• Proficiency with Excel and project management tools.
• Experience in travel, hospitality or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
• Interest in AI enablement and applying AI tools to finance work.
• Comfortable operating with imperfect information and exercising sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage finance projects and improvement initiatives from scoping through delivery.
• Define scope, goals, timelines, resources and success measures with sponsors.
• Drive progress across the organization to complete in-flight change projects.
• Serve as finance liaison on IT projects and translate requirements.
• Coordinate external resources and IT support for finance initiatives.
• Lead automation efforts to reduce manual work and clear backlogs.
• Provide regular status updates to CFO and senior leaders.
• Document requirements, processes and lessons learned for adoption.
