Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Project Leader, Finance to provide leadership for key financial initiatives and develop forecasts to guide strategic decisions. You will coordinate project scope, schedule, and cost while preparing executive-ready analyses for senior leaders.

You will also shape project communications, assess risks, capture lessons learned, and foster an inclusive, well-staffed project environment in alignment with Sr Finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA desired for advanced finance leadership.
• 3+ years of work experience in finance or corporate finance.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead key finance projects and manage scope, schedule, and cost.
• Prepare economic and financial forecasts for decision making.
• Develop communications, status reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Capture lessons learned and promote best practices across projects.
