The role focuses on delivering high-quality finance instruction across undergraduate and MBA programs, in-person and online, while leveraging industry experience to connect theory with current market practices.

Formación

• Demonstrated expertise in all subfields of finance.
• Ability to teach Finance courses at undergraduate and MBA levels.
• Strong professional or industry experience relevant to finance and capital markets.
• Ability to translate industry experience into effective classroom instruction.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and student engagement skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and finance professionals.
• Commitment to departmental and college service.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality instruction in finance at the undergraduate and graduate (MBA) levels.
• Teach courses across multiple delivery formats, including in-person and online instruction.
• Leverage professional and industry experience to connect academic concepts with current practices, trends, and developments in financial markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to expand experiential learning, professional networking, and career-development opportunities for students.
• Engage with and support student finance organizations, activities, and other opportunities that enhance students’ academic and professional development.
• Contribute to the academic and professional mission of the Department of Finance and Poole College of Management through service, industry engagement, and collaboration with faculty and staff.
