bp in Chicago is seeking a Finance Performance Analyst to join the Terminal & Pipelines Finance team. You will forecast and analyze pipeline activities in the U.S., coordinate with onshore operations, and support quarterly forecasts and annual planning.
The role requires building dashboards in Power BI, leveraging SAP or similar systems, and delivering actionable insights to Operations Leadership and JV partners. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

The Finance Performance Analyst is a member of the Terminal & Pipelines Finance team which supports value creation for the Terminals & Pipelines organization, as well as multiple JVs. The role is responsible for forecasting and analysis for the pipeline activities in the U.S. The role will also work to implement improved efficiencies with the coordination of Terminal & Pipelines activities and Commercial Midstream & Logistics activities. The role interfaces across Terminal & Pipelines Finance as well as with the onshore pipeline operations teams to ensure proper forecasting and provide analysis as needed by the business. The analyst will also support the quarterly forecast update, as well as the annual plan by coordinating with the various departments in the business. The role will have an opportunity to gain exposure to the operations, Commercial Midstream & Logistics team, as well as the Terminal & Pipelines management team.

How much do we pay (Base)? The anticipated base salary for this position is approximately between $115,000 and $140,000 USD annually, *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full times employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
