Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience (or 8 with advanced degree) in Engineering, Product Management, Technical Project Management, or a Finance Operations role.
• Experience designing, building or deploying functional apps/workflows utilizing LLMs and GenAI Agents.

Responsibilities

• Transition finance operations processes to an AI-first approach, replacing legacy workflows with generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Design, build and iterate on "vibe-coded" AI prototypes to proof-test solutions.
• Bridge technical gaps across product, engineering, and finance, transforming agile prototypes into scalable systems.
• Establish a future-proof FinOps architecture with data governance and scalability.
• Create impactful partnerships with engineering teams to advance AI across systems.
