Job summary
Thomas Jefferson University is seeking an experienced finance leader to collaborate with senior leadership on enterprise analytics, optimization, and performance improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes integration of financial systems, data-driven decision making, and vendor relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting with 10+ years in Finance, Healthcare, or Technology, and a MBA is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting and 10 years in Finance, Accounting, Technology and/or Healthcare.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- System integration experience with general ledger and other integrated systems (payroll, budget, etc.).
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- 10 years in Healthcare, Technology or Finance Leadership is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Works with senior leaders to drive strategy.
- Works with all sectors of the enterprise to drive performance improvement.
- Develops and presents information that leads to efficient outcomes.
- Leads assigned integration and optimization projects that connect systems and improve processes.
- Perform vendor evaluations and manage vendor relationships.
