Position Summary:

Reporting to the Finance Operations Specialist, the Finance Operations Specialist will support surrounding departmental functions, which include problem solving, responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders and resolving issues.

Job Requirements:
  • Review daily direct deposit fraud scan
  • Process daily ACH Returns
  • Set up pricing changes
  • Process Tax Adjustments
  • Process Invoice Adjustments
  • Monthly Audits
  • Garnishment order setups
  • IT Validation Testing
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Assist with daily mail for the departments
Required Skills:
  • High School Education
  • Experience with general payroll
  • Two years’ experience processing payroll preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Well organized with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well with others, including other departments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency with payroll processing software
  • PEO experience preferred
