Job summary

Jobtailor invites motivated interns to join its Finance team for a 10-week program in New York. The internship focuses on analyzing financial workflows, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, with opportunities to automate processes and support system enhancements.

Selected interns will collaborate with the Finance team, work on ad-hoc projects, and present their internship work directly to the CEO, gaining hands-on exposure to Endeavor's mission in economic development.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate rising junior/senior or graduate student.
• Strong academic background in Business, Finance, and/or Accounting.
• Systems- and process-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with or interest in automation tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Curious and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility and ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. for the 2027 year.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document financial workflows, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities for automation.
• Pitch, test, and deploy solutions that reduce manual effort with the Finance team.
• Support system implementations or enhancements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance operations.
• Support the Finance team with ad-hoc projects.
• Present internship work directly to the CEO.
