ABB is seeking an intern in Hackettstown, NJ, onsite/hybrid, to gain practical experience across diverse projects. You will support operations, participate in teams, and contribute to asset-control improvements while developing finance and accounting skills in a real-world environment.

You must be enrolled in a US bachelor's or master's program, have reliable transport, and be authorized to work without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Finance or Accounting, in the United States.
• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (now and in the future).
• Utilize critical thinking to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Manage several tasks while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas and provide updates.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with teams to support ABB's operations and timely project completion.
• Identify client needs and ABB offerings to propose suitable solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Seek feedback from manager and team to improve performance.
• Develop a process to increase controls over fixed assets at the plant.
