Job summary

The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) seeks a Finance, Operations and HR Principle Professional to lead college-wide financial, HR and budget operations within the LAS Dean's Office.

You will oversee budget reporting, payroll processes, recruitment, and policy training for 300+ staff and 200+ lecturers, partnering with departments to ensure compliant, efficient administration in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, business, accounting, or related field.
• Must have professional experience in Finance, Budget or Accounting.
• Professional experience in Higher Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AllFunds budgeting, monitoring and reporting across fund types.
• Coordinate payroll processes and merit salary adjustments for college staff.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and personnel actions for LAS chairs and staff.
• Post monthly and bi-weekly timesheets and support HR processes.
• Provide policy training and budget guidance to departments.
