Qualifications

• 4–8 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar rigorous role.
• Advanced modeling skills with auditable models from scratch.
• Ability to own and complete significant work independently across projects.
• Strong written communication; concise and well-organized.
• Tech-forward finance operations: uses AI tooling, scripting, automation ideas.
• Comfort making judgments with incomplete information without seeking permission.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems at the transactional level (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate financial model, update P&L, cash forecast, and scenarios.
• Build and maintain department budgets; analyze variances and provide commentary.
• Prepare board- and investor-facing financial materials and data room exhibits.
• Support month-end close; deliver management reporting package.
• Develop models for strategic decisions: make-vs-buy, pricing, headcount ROI.
• Design data infrastructure to connect business systems to the model; automate gaps.
