Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses and the underlying assumptions in real corporate scenarios. You will trace numbers through the logic and produce defensible judgments suitable for CFO review.

Responsibilities include stress-testing three-statement linkages, exposing misaligned drivers, and delivering clear, defensible analyses. Remote, project-based work with strong compensation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a CFO-ready number.
