Job summary

Broadridge in the United States is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support for Global Engineering FP&A, including Corporate Engineering and BTCS. You will own end-to-end processes for 2,000+ engineering FTEs and drive automation while partnering with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, advanced modeling skills, and experience with TM1/Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel. MBA/CPA/CFA are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years FP&A, corporate finance or related experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex financial planning processes.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and proficiency with planning tools and reporting systems (TM1, Anaplan, or similar).
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Ability to lead large-scale planning processes and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills to senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of process improvements, automation, and efficiencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting technology, engineering, cloud, infrastructure, or software organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the engineering and segment technology labor CoE, including forecasting and planning for 2,000+ Engineering FTEs, contractors and deferred labor.
  • Own end-to-end AWS forecasting for the segment, building centralized processes.
  • Collaborate on forecasting for technology software and data center expenses.
  • Review and present consolidated monthly reporting packages and annual operating plans.
  • Own Technology component of corporate investment processes and tracking.
  • Partner with senior leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives and quantify financial impacts.
  • Lead monthly close activities with Accounting and CP&A to ensure accurate expense recognition.
  • Serve as a thought leader within Technology Finance and drive cross-functional work.
  • Own and present deferred labor reporting dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Deliver insights on expenses and capital spend with CP&A and segment HQ finance.
  • Develop investment templates for IUS/Capital programs.
  • Lead continuous improvement for process optimization, automation, reporting enhancements, and systems utilization.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to analysts and junior finance professionals.
