Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia is seeking an energetic Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role involves assisting customers with financing options, structuring deals for profitability, and coordinating with lenders to close transactions.

The successful candidate will desk deals accurately, ensure compliance with all regulations, and drive timely funding while contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
