Job summary

LUVE USA - Heat Transfer is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its U.S. financial operations and ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting. The role covers accounting, treasury, tax coordination, financial reporting, and internal controls within a manufacturing context.

The position collaborates with international finance stakeholders and leads the Accounting and Administration team, driving improvements in working capital, cash flow, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of finance/accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Manufacturing finance/accounting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury, working capital, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, leadership, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, and financial reporting for consolidation purposes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, regulatory compliance, tax coordination, in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage relationship with external auditors.
• Lead cash management and liquidity planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Coordinate corporate income tax, VAT and other statutory filings.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes.
• Optimize accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory levels.
• Improve cash conversion cycle and working capital efficiency.
• Coordinate relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external financial stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Accounting and Administration team.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
