Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager within the NACF Central Operations to lead productivity planning for Process Engineering Finance. You will serve as the primary finance partner for Non-Sort NS operations, driving strategic cost improvements and enforcing strong financial controls across the network.

You will develop financial models, partner with operations leadership, and scale successful programs with field teams to achieve measurable efficiency gains and sustainable cost reductions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in finance or a related analytical field.
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives with financial impact.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• Experience delivering results for large, cross‑functional initiatives/projects
• Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
