Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a finance leader to provide strategic financial direction for the Prime Video Product teams in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on building the next foundations for innovation, enabling must-see content for customers.

You will drive financial models, automate reporting with AI, and provide insights to senior management while maintaining tight control of OPEX budgets and cross-functional collaboration across Product and Tech teams.

Key job responsibilities

You will be the finance lead for a number of Product/Tech programs for WW PV

A day in the life

• Every day is different and you will constantly be challenged to think differently to create entitlements for new projects.
• Manage and automate reccurring reporting through AI, which gives you time to build out new processes adding value for your business partners.
• Manage resource allocation across OPEX budgets for teams
• Use data systems such as SQL and Quicksight to identify insights and surface to management.
• Work hands on to create financial models to analyze the expected financial impact of new product developments on the Prime Video interface.
• Assist with co-authoring highly visible and strategic business reporting to senior management.
• Leveraging AI for automation

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
