Ops Finance E2E is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to join its USCF FP&A team. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and reduce our cost to serve customers through partnership with teams across Operations and Technology. Regular collaboration with business leaders will provide an opportunity to exhibit your verbal and written communication skills. A typical day in this role involves partnering with business leaders to analyze real‑world problems, create meaningful business reporting, and build and maintain financial models to measure overall financial performance. This role will have visibility to senior leadership and provides the right candidate with an opportunity to impact top‑line growth and identify value‑added insights for profitability improvements. Another skill we will consider is the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and dealing with ambiguous situations.

Key job responsibilities

• Expertise collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to lead business improvement and cost reductions
• Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then providing actionable insights
• Advanced reporting and analysis using Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, look ups)
• Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability
• Manage the development of all weekly and monthly financial close, all planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communicating to your Operations partners
• Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
• 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making experience
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re‑engineering, quality assurance) experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
