Job summary

UC Health (Cincinnati) is seeking a Finance Manager, Financial Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business planning. You will mentor team members, drive continuous improvement, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities include leading annual budgets and capital plans, preparing management reports, and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required.
• 3–5 years equivalent experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting skills required.

• Leads financial planning and performance management for budgets and capital planning.
• Interprets results with leaders to drive strategic and operational decisions.
