Are you passionate about driving financial excellence across complex, cross-functional supply chain operations? Amazon Last Mile (AMZL) Central Programs Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to support our Cross Mile Continuous Improvement function. In this role, you’ll be at the center of initiatives that eliminate defects and optimize performance across all supply chain lines of business. This unique position requires someone who can leverage data-driven insights and strong business partnerships to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
Your day begins by checking the performance of active projects across the supply chain, identifying trends and potential issues that require attention. You’ll collaborate closely with operations teams to understand their initiatives, determine where they impact the supply chain, and provide financial insights that help drive results. Much of your time is spent building analytical tools and AI-generated reports that help the business scale efficiently. You’ll engage in strategic discussions, translating complex financial concepts into actionable recommendations for partners at various organizational levels. Throughout the day, you’ll use data to influence decision-making across lines of business, ensuring that continuous improvement efforts deliver measurable value.
The AMZL Central Programs Finance team partners with the AMZL Central Programs organization, which manages critical functions including ACES, Driver Training, Learning and Development, Concessions, and Cross Mile Continuous Improvement. This role specifically supports the Cross Mile Continuous Improvement function, working to eliminate defects and drive operational excellence across Amazon’s last mile delivery network.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
