Job summary

Lenmar Consulting in Ridgefield Park, NJ, is seeking a Finance Manager for manufacturing. You will lead finance and accounts functions, oversee budgeting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and MIS, and liaise with government bodies on compliance.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of GAAP and IFRS, hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle, and 8–10 years in a manufacturing finance role. Bachelor’s degree required; US market experience preferred.

• Hands on experience in Finance & Accounts, Audit, Statutory Compliances, Budgeting, variance analysis, profitability analysis and MIS, Govt Liasoning.
• Acts as a Client of the segment Delegation of Authorities (DOA) and Right Clients Right Terms (RCRT), assisting in financial matters wrt investment decisions: building business cases for OPEX and CAPEX commercial investments.
• Administrating tax programs.
• Should be a subject matter expert regarding GAAP and IFRS standards.
