Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager for the NA Grocery Fulfillment FP&A team in Bellevue, WA. You will own end-to-end financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis across Fresh, Fusion, and Swift, partnering with Operations finance and business teams to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
You will lead budgeting, multi-year forecasting, and strategic planning, and design scalable reporting solutions with automation to improve efficiency.
DescriptionDo you want to be part of transforming the future of grocery end-to-end delivery, revolutionizing how customers shop for perishables? Are you excited about high-visibility initiatives that directly impact Amazon's strategic growth in grocery fulfillment? The Amazon NA Grocery Fulfillment FP&A team is looking for an exceptional Finance Manager to drive E2E consolidation, reporting, define key metrics, and deliver L8+ Monthly Business Reviews across the grocery fulfillment network, including Fresh, Fusion, and Swift. This role contributes to E2E and Cross-Banner financial visibility by collaborating across five key business segments: Freight, FC Variable, FC Fixed, Last Mile Delivery Costs, and Shipping Supplies, gaining a bird's eye view of the Grocery network while building the FP&A foundation for existing and new programs.

After a working session with business partners to align on assumptions behind a new initiative, you shift to refining a financial model that supports a strategic growth decision. In the afternoon, you collaborate with peers to design a new control process, then wrap up by mentoring a teammate on reporting best practices and reviewing data pipelines for accuracy.
