Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech, an Oshkosh company, seeks a Finance Manager to lead the Orlando operation’s month-end close and drive GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will supervise the local finance team, apply ASC 606 to contracts, and coordinate with global locations on consolidated results.

You will review customer agreements, ensure accurate revenue recognition, and partner with Operations to optimize financial performance. Strong accounting fundamentals and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP including ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• 1+ years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close for Orlando operation per US GAAP and CAPP.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Orlando finance team.
• Serve as technical accounting resource for US GAAP applications.
• Review contracts to determine ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Coordinate quarterly and consolidated reporting across locations.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with Operations leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing and cost efficiency.
