Job summary

Iterative Health, Cambridge with NYC/Boston hybrid work arrangement, is seeking a finance leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning in a fast‑growing healthcare technology company.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, build scalable financial processes, and partner with Accounting, People, Revenue, and Operations to enable disciplined decision‑making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance, FP&A or related field with progressive responsibilities.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning; executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial models supporting planning, initiatives and scenarios.
• Analyze performance vs budget; highlight drivers and trends for leadership.
• Create metrics and dashboards to improve visibility into performance.
• Partner with functional leaders to allocate resources and evaluate ROI.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting and management reviews.
