Based in Chicago, you will partner with the Industrial Finance Lead and lead monthly consolidation and planning activities, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Finance, FP&A or commercial finance.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems to support supply chain finance.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Industrial Finance Lead for financial oversight and business partnering across North America Foods.
• Lead monthly results consolidation across sourcing units and translate data into insights for leaders.
• Drive annual planning, set targets, and identify cost, waste and performance opportunities.
• Support CAPEX investments with robust business cases, modeling, and strategic analysis.
• Act as trusted advisor ensuring strong controls, governance and disciplined processes.
• Own key budgets including FAR2 and ensure clear communication with engineering and support teams.
• Develop executive-ready reporting highlighting trends, risks, opportunities and actions.
