Job summary
The Honest Company in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Finance Manager, Corporate Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise planning and act as a strategic partner for FP&A and Investor Relations. You will drive planning and reporting processes that guide cross-functional decision making and profitability.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance, strong P&L management, and experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, and advanced Excel modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of finance experience, including experience in Finance Planning & Analysis
- MBA degree preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Consolidate the annual operating plan and forecasts focusing on profitability and cash flow.
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial results including variance analysis and key drivers.
- Produce financial reporting packages for finance and executive leadership.
- Support development of materials for the enterprise Board of Directors and town halls.
- Collaborate with leadership on managing administrative expenses and SG&A investments.
- Support Investor Relations on consensus estimates and external materials.
