Job summary

MTM seeks a Manager, Finance to oversee contract analysis, profitability assessments, budget and forecast reviews, client reporting, and accounts receivable management at our Phoenix office.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Business/Analytics, 3–5 years in finance, strong data analysis, and advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Analytics.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills, Pivot Tables, data import/export.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of contracts, budgets/forecasts, and profitability.
• Identify drivers impacting revenue and expenses.
• Support Plan Improvement and Financial Review meetings for cost savings.
• Analyze variances vs prior periods or budgets.
• Explain drivers influencing plan allocations and financials.
• Investigate discrepancies in operational expenses at plan level.
• Assist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Develop automated financial analytics to improve efficiency.
• Prepare, update, and distribute client financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Create financial reports as required by RFP specifications.
• Ensure timely and accurate client invoicing and billing.
• Collaborate with business units to enhance communication and research.
• Perform special projects as assigned by management.
