Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to lead consolidation and reporting for Prime Video Advertising. You will unify inputs from finance and business teams into a single view, produce leadership-ready reports, and drive improved accuracy and timeliness across the function.

You will collaborate across a multi-team organization, mentor staff, and support annual planning and long-range forecasting while standardizing metrics and definitions to create a single source of truth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or related analytics field.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate inputs into a single view for planning and reporting.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close, variance analysis and explain drivers to leadership.
• Produce leadership-facing reports, dashboards, and narratives detailing performance.
• Coordinate inputs across teams and align on assumptions and definitions.
• Standardize metrics and reporting templates to create a single source of truth.
• Support annual and long-range planning by coordinating inputs and consolidating the plan.
• Drive process improvement and automation in consolidation and reporting.
• Provide financial leadership and mentorship across the team.
