Job summary

Tenneco Inc., a global manufacturer and distributor to the transportation industry, is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support consolidation, forecasting, and reporting processes.

The role partners with FP&A, accounting, and business finance teams to ensure accurate data, timely submissions, and insightful summaries across the businesses. Strong systems experience and a drive for continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, financial reporting, consolidation, or corporate finance.
• Forecasting, reporting, data management and consolidation experience.
• OneStream experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP/FP planning systems; SAP a plus.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial submissions.
• Coordinate forecast cycles, collect inputs, follow up on open items.
• Prepare consolidated forecast and reporting summaries with visibility to performance and trends.
• Respond to recurring and ad hoc data requests from finance leadership.
• Partner with FP&A, accounting, and business finance teams to validate submissions.
• Maintain and improve consolidation processes, templates, and reporting tools.
• Assist in preparing management reports, forecast summaries, and internal materials.
• Leverage OneStream and other financial systems to manage data and reporting needs.
• Promote strong financial discipline and continuous process improvement.
