Job summary

Providence California Regional Services is seeking a Finance Manager to support leadership teams with financial analysis, modeling and budgeting to drive program effectiveness and achieve financial targets.

You will contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, month-end close, and develop analytical reports; collaborates with clinical service lines and supports budget development for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years of Finance experience.
• CPA or HFMA or FACHE are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling to evaluate new programs and propose recommendations to meet financial goals.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting and develop analytical reports to improve processes and increase efficiencies.
• Support month-end closing and develop financial plans and budgets as required.
• Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders as assigned.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure sound financial decisions across departments.

The Finance Manager support local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. Responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets. Additionally, to provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting and to develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies. May also serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders. Other responsibilities may include development of financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required.

Required Qualifications:
