You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to deliver executive reports, insights, and actionable plans that improve cash flow and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or related finance function.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal oversight.

CoverMyMeds is transforming healthcare by improving access to medications and reducing barriers across the patient journey. The Finance team serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Technology, helping shape a more scalable and technology-enabled finance organization.

What You’ll Do

Financial Planning, Analysis & Business Partnership

• Lead free cash flow, balance sheet, and working capital forecasting processes.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Automation, AI & Digital Finance

• Leverage automation, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to modernize finance processes.
• Develop scalable reporting and forecasting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve insights.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the Finance organization.
• Support the adoption of digital tools that enhance decision-making and financial transparency.

Skills You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or a related finance function.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, free cash flow analysis, or working capital management.
• Experience using automation, AI, analytics, or digital technologies to improve finance processes.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with financial and analytical tools such as SAP, NetSuite, SAC, FCCS, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Passion for innovation and leveraging technology to improve financial performance and reporting..

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$97,900 - $163,100
